About This Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Laboratory Assistant to join our team at People360 Consulting Corporation. In this role, you will assist our laboratory analysts in the preparation and analysis of various laboratory samples, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to our organization's guidelines and policies.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing and endorsing sampling media to our laboratory clients, receiving sampling media and Chain of Custody records, and maintaining overall cleanliness of laboratory workspaces.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering and maintaining laboratory resource inventory, updating laboratory environmental, safety, hazard, and waste disposal records, participating in risk assessment activities, and implementing controls.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Successful completion of laboratory tasks and projects
- Adherence to QESH guidelines and policies
- Effective communication with laboratory clients and team members
- Maintenance of accurate laboratory records
