Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Finance and Accounting Department, ensuring timely and accurate submission of complete management/financial reports, and preparing and presenting comprehensive management reports and performance dashboards to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Accounting Department.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of complete management/financial reports.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive management reports and performance dashboards to senior leadership.
  • Manage the finances of the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and business improvements.
  • Serve as person in charge for financial audits.
  • Stay updated with all tax rulings and ensure accurate and timely statutory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
  • Preferably CPA or MBA degree holder.
  • At least 5 years experience in financial reporting, people management, taxation, and in automated accounting system.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
