Key Responsibilities

As a trusted member of the WalterMart Supermarket Inc. team, the Inventory Management Specialist will oversee the safety and security of company assets, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy. This includes cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables, and fixed assets. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Store Head to implement control standards, train and develop control personnel, and champion process improvements in selling, front end, warehouse operations, and clearing procedures. Additionally, this role will ensure the accuracy and timely submission of reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Administration / Industrial Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in control, audit, and inventory
- Extensive knowledge of general accounting principles
