Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment validation of new features / enhancements
  • Manage issue resolution throughout the development cycle

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or other relevant fields
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, preferably within a technology company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and succinctly
  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments while managing multiple tasks effectively
