As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring seamless communication with our clients. Your role will involve managing client onboarding and compliance documentation, tracking jobs and lodgements in practice management software, and communicating proactively with clients to ensure timely reminders, follow-ups, and updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client onboarding and compliance documentation.
  • Track jobs and lodgements in practice management software.
  • Communicate proactively with clients (reminders, follow-ups, updates).
  • Monitor WIP and billing status, liaising with accountants.
  • Handle ASIC corporate secretarial work (annual review reminders, digital lodgements, maintaining registers).
  • Support client service activities, such as newsletters and webinar coordination.
  • Coordinate workflow across admin teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2-5 years' experience in or supporting an accounting firm (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and client service processes.
  • Proficiency in Australian practice management and corporate secretarial systems.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
