Job Title: Sales Expert

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative sales expert to lead our cloud computing and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with a proven history of driving sales growth in complex environments.

The Role
  1. Provide technical expertise to drive the adoption of our solutions by conducting product demonstrations and building strong relationships with customers.
  2. Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that address their needs.
  3. Develop and deliver technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and integration strategies.
  4. Serve as a technical advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices for data security, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in developing sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
  3. Provide feedback to the product management team on customer requirements and market trends to influence product development.
  4. Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our solutions and establish thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role, with a focus on cloud computing and cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
  • Experience with data security concepts or solutions, IAM, and compliance frameworks.
