Senior Interior Designer & Visualisation Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled interior designer and 3D visualisation artist to lead the development of luxury interior designs and visuals for high-end property projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive interior design concepts for residential properties, including full-home renovations, HMO conversions, and new builds.
  • Create high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs using industry-leading software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and V-Ray.
  • Develop detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and colour palettes to enhance the overall aesthetic of our projects.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure that all designs are on-budget, buildable, and meet our high standards.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits as required, providing excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualisation skills.
  • Mastery of SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of luxury finishes, spatial planning, lighting, and architectural flow.
  • Excellent project ownership, time management, and attention to detail.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience working on luxury homes, HMOs, or high-end refurbishments in London.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Twinmotion, or Canva, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Architectural/technical drawing skills, with knowledge of UK construction materials.
