Bookkeeping Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Expert to join our team at Cyberbacker Careers. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Data Entry: Enter company expenses daily, including receipts and invoices.
• Payroll Processing: Process weekly and biweekly payroll runs, ensuring timely payment to employees.
• Credit Card Management: Enter credit card expenses from multiple cards daily.
• Travel Charge Management: Enter travel charges as they occur.
• Quality Control: Conduct daily double-checks of punch and ticket submissions, as well as in-house checks of hours vs. punches and tickets vs. punches.
• Insurance Audits: Participate in quarterly insurance payroll audits.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A headset with noise-canceling feature and high-definition webcam.

Device Requirements:

• Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, or i7 processor, or AMD equivalent.
• Windows or Mac operating system.
• At least 8GB of RAM and 60GB of free hard disk space.

Network Requirements:

• 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber internet connection.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
