Job Description:The Senior Scrum Master will play a crucial role in leading the team through Agile transformations, ensuring seamless implementation of Scrum Framework principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and groom the product backlog, guaranteeing it is well-defined and ready for development.
• Empower the development team to self-organize, make informed decisions, and assume ownership and accountability.
• Remove impediments and blockers hindering the team's progress, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, transparency, and alignment on project progress, changes, and priorities.
• Implement and experiment with Agile best practices, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize team performance.
