- Escalating unresolved files and notifying LO/PS within 24 hours

- Handling manual VOE requests

- Verifying employer listings in the Argyle Database

- Confirming use of The Work Number

- Providing processors with contact information via email

- Confirming receipt of verifications from third parties

- Following up on pending orders and requests daily

- Notifying LO/LP when files are ready for processing

- Monitoring the DoralOpening inbox

- Prioritizing verbal VOE requests

- Addressing rescore requests within 24 hours
