Social Media Expertise
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement, aligning with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimise paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager, focusing on lead generation and maximising ROI, while ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging organic content that resonates with the target audience, adhering to brand voice and tone.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies, driving continuous improvement.
HubSpot Management Specialist
  • Oversee HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business growth and development.
  • Manage and update websites through HubSpot's CMS, ensuring accurate, up-to-date product information and SEO-friendly content, enhancing user experience.
  • Implement lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions, streamlining the customer journey.
  • Optimise CRM for efficient data tracking, segmentation, and customer relationship management, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support lead handoff, tracking, and pipeline management within HubSpot, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Ensure that product pages, landing pages, and other web assets are optimised for user experience, lead generation, and conversions, driving business success.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing sequences, leveraging personalisation and segmentation.
  • Analyse HubSpot data for insights on lead quality, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness, informing strategic decisions.
Google AdWords (Paid Search) Expert
  • Develop and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions, aligning with business goals.
  • Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimise ad performance, ensuring relevance and engagement.
  • Track and analyse AdWords metrics to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous optimisation.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and bid strategies to maximise ROI, while ensuring alignment with evolving market trends and user behaviour.
  • Monitor and adjust targeting to ensure optimal results, preventing keyword cannibalisation across paid and organic search.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
