Job Overview

This role requires a senior automation engineer with Salesforce experience to lead the delivery and mentor other team members in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous manual and automated testing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leads to provide support and recommendations on testing approaches impacting other teams.
  • Effectively communicate with management and delivery leads.
  • Represent the technical area and IT on cross-functional enhancements and projects.
  • Own the triage process.
  • Act as Regression Coordinator across teams.
  • Ensure adherence to IT principles and values.
Testing Strategy
  • Design test implementation and produce supporting documentation.
  • Continuously review test approaches to identify issues and drive improvements.
  • Maintain, update and fix CI implementation and regularly implement process improvements in CI architecture.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of solid experience in application QA/testing.
  • 2+ years of QA leadership experience.
  • SFDC background is essential.
  • Experience with SFDC test automation tools.
