Corporate Document Coordinator Job Description at Corporate Frontline Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Document Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our digitization process from start to finish.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing end-to-end processing of documents, which involves grooming, scanning, indexing, and quality assurance. You will also be responsible for validating and processing data in MS Excel, preparing daily productivity reports, and complying with relevant policies and procedures.

In addition to these tasks, you will be required to escalate any errors encountered during the processing of documents and perform other duties assigned by your immediate superior on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end document processing
  • Validate and process data in MS Excel
  • Prepare daily productivity reports
  • Comply with DPA and company policies
  • Escalate errors and perform additional tasks as required
