Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Product Content Specialist to join our team.

This role involves providing operational and administrative support mainly to the content subdomain of Product Marketing.

  • Support in creating, copywriting, and managing content for various channels and platforms including website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Assist in product roadmap and planning, competitor research, especially if the task is heavy on product content.
  • Help operationalize/execute all product marketing work plans.
  • Pitch ideas and go-to-market strategies and execute product launch activities.
  • Provide creative ideas on how to craft value propositions, messaging, product content, and collaterals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, especially in the area of product content/content writing/copywriting.
  • Flexible and can work under pressure.
  • Can multi-task.
  • Methodical, meticulous and well-organized.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Google Docs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Persistent and resourceful.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
