Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and provide valuable information to clients in a timely manner.
  • Check mail, fax, and internet mail to ensure customer assistance is delivered promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
  • Assist participants in understanding the information they require.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • No prior experience is required, making this role accessible to recent graduates and individuals looking to enter the workforce.
  • Candidates with BPO experience are welcome, but not necessary.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work onsite is a requirement.
  • Applicants must be located within 25 km to 35 km of the workplace.
