Service Experience Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Experience Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key contributor, you will drive process redesign and automation for efficient customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for new processes or fundamental shifts in existing ones.
  • Design future-state workflows combining policy, process, and automation for breakthrough results.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather insights and validate improvement opportunities.
  • Support prompt design, decision tree logic, and automation flows within business context.
  • Track performance metrics to evaluate success and identify further innovation opportunities.
  • Document frameworks and best practices for repeatable improvement and cross-team alignment.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in service operations, continuous improvement, or CX strategy with 0-1 initiative experience.
  • Strong process thinking with ability to simplify complex systems and reduce waste.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced service environments and transformative potential.
  • Comfort leading discovery, facilitation, and cross-functional problem solving.
  • Business judgment connecting customer experience outcomes to operational mechanics and bottom-line impact.
