We are looking for a Finance Operations Leader who can perform cash reconciliation and transaction monitoring processes accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration and 5+ years of relevant working experience in bank reconciliation, accounting, and controlling.
The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to handle high volumes of work and work under pressure.
In addition, the Finance Operations Leader will assist the Lead in ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and that process documentation is kept up-to-date, and lead Business Unit or Department-wide process improvement initiatives.
