Virtual Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel (TORCH) Solutions.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clients, handling tasks such as email management, data entry, and document preparation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communication channels
  • Enter data into spreadsheets and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with social media management and content creation
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college background of at least 2 years
  • Relevant work experience in a virtual or administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new learnings
  • Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounting and bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and ecommerce/travel accounts is a plus
What We Offer
