Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring engagement and successful campaign operations.

This part-time remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, communication through email and DMs, and supporting influencer marketing campaigns.

As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to drive engagement.
  • Tracking influencer communications, deliverables, and campaign progress.
  • Assisting with scheduling short calls between influencers and the agency team.
  • Supporting influencer marketing operations, including organizing outreach lists and reporting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, influencer management, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with confidence in email and short call interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously and follow through consistently.
