Creative Production Manager Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets, overseeing project management, leading a team of graphic designers and creators, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Asset Development: Develop graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
