Job Title: SNOW ITSM Implementation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SNOW ITSM Implementation Expert to join our team at Nityo Infotech.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and experience working with ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.

This role involves implementing and managing ServiceNow ITSM/ITBM/ITOM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset.

Developing and maintaining custom applications using ServiceNow's platform is also a key responsibility of this role.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement agile software development methodologies such as Scrum is essential.

Designing and implementing efficient workflows, processes, and functions within ServiceNow is a key deliverable for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation and management of ServiceNow ITSM/ITBM/ITOM modules.
  • Development and maintenance of custom applications using ServiceNow's platform.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of ServiceNow systems.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement agile software development methodologies.
  • Designing and implementing efficient workflows, processes, and functions within ServiceNow.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow System Administration/Development in an enterprise environment.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, Bootstrap, Jelly Script, and Agile software development methodologies.
  • ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules and Systems Administrator Certification are preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions.
