B2B Marketing Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented marketing professional to support our digital campaigns, B2B content, and sales collateral.

This full-time role will involve creating, updating, and formatting B2B sales collateral, maintaining a centralized asset library, and updating and optimizing B2B websites and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted email campaigns and seasonal B2B packages.
  • Track competitor marketing and provide monthly trend reports.
  • Coordinate posting of B2B-focused social media content and monitor campaign performance.
  • Use AI tools to draft copy, repurpose content, and generate visuals.
  • Maintain content and posting calendars for promotions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in marketing coordination or design with experience in the hospitality/events industry.
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and skilled in Notion and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM/email platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of SEO and B2B marketing best practices and experience using AI tools for copywriting and design.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with comfort working cross-functionally in a remote setup.
