Job Title:

System Design Lead

A highly skilled professional is needed to design, launch and build scalable systems that drive measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will lead the orchestration of advisory committees and subject-matter experts to co-create and optimize systems across diverse business verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Map and simplify end-to-end processes into concise SOPs (owners, SLAs, templates).
  • Automation and Integration: Build no/low-code integrations and automations across our stack (Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace/M365).
  • Executive Dashboarding: Launch executive dashboards and track before/after impact (cycle time, error rates, cost per task, adoption).
  • Advisory Committee Management: Source & orchestrate advisory committees / SMEs: identify gaps, shortlist experts, negotiate engagements, run workshops, convert recommendations into implemented changes, and track outcomes.
  • Training and Change Management: Train process owners and drive change management and adoption.
  • Pilot and Rollout: Run POC → Pilot → Rollout with clear success metrics and learnings.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Business Administration or an equivalent field such as Systems Engineering, Data/Applied Statistics, Operations Research, CS/Software (Integrations/APIs), Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Service Design, Project/Product Management, or Quality Management.
  • Experience: 8 years in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence.
  • Cross-Industry Exposure: real estate, construction, marketing/brokerage, retail/e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or digital marketing.
  • Tools: Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace; familiarity with APIs/Webhooks (basic SQL/Apps Script is a plus).
  • Remote Readiness: Initial remote engagement with 4–5 hours overlap with Riyadh time; potential conversion to on-site full-time at HQ (Jeddah, KSA) based on successful outcomes; stable internet and security hygiene (VPN/2FA).

  • BPMN Process Mapping: BPMN process mapping & concise SOP writing.
  • No/Low-Code Automation: No/Low-Code automation and API/Webhook integrations.
  • Analytics and KPI Design: Analytics & KPI design; before/after impact measurement.
  • Advisor Sourcing and Facilitation: Advisor sourcing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Project Management: Project management: Agile, Lean, and 80/20 thinking.
  • Executive Communication: Executive communication and clear documentation.
