About the Role

As a Software Quality Control Assistant at Azeus Systems Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our software products.

You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential production issues early in the development process, collaborating with leads and other team members to determine testing priorities, and consolidating test results into clear and concise reports.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and comprehend product features, develop detailed understanding of product testing requirements, and work closely with test designers to report and verify any functional issues discovered during testing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various regression testing processes (feature qc, platform qc, bulk test, completeness test, interruption test, resource usage test, network connection test, translation testing, etc.)
  • Write regression test plans, test cases, and usage scenarios to be used for testing and other documentations as required
  • Prepare the test environment and test data
  • Assist in the implementation of testing improvement initiatives, such as automated testing

Required Experience: Prior experience is not required, onsite training shall be provided. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience: Experience in working in a software development project or environment, experience in using mobile devices, specifically iOS (iPads, iPhones), Android (tablets, phones), Windows (desktop, Surface Pro) and / or Mac (MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, iMac, Mac Pro)

Skill Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science / Engineering / Programming, Information Technology, Information Systems related course; or Bachelors degree in any course but willing to pursue a career in IT.
