Job Title

Our company is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage day-to-day operations and financial functions in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting qualification, such as CPA or CMA, and experience working in small business or startup finance/ops roles. Strong English fluency, both written and spoken, is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes across finance and operations, collaborating closely with the CEO, Operations & Finance Lead, and delivery team. They will also use cloud-based tools for task management, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage invoicing, receivables/payables, and cash flow tracking
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
  • Help coordinate inventory and logistics
  • Streamline processes across finance and operations
Requirements:
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Strong English fluency, both written and spoken
  • Experience in small business or startup finance/ops roles
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI use
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, remote role that requires self-motivation and reliability, as well as strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be available to work during Atlantic Daylight Time (ADT) hours, Monday to Friday, and will be required to use various software tools for communication and task management.
