Job Title:

Civil Engineer Specialist


About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing civil engineering design and documentation for energy and civil infrastructure projects using specialized software.

This role involves collaborating with project managers to balance design work requirements with project schedules and budgets established with clients.

The successful candidate will participate in delivering projects, ensuring output is of a high standard and within time and cost budget allocations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing civil engineering design and documentation for energy and civil infrastructure projects
  • Collaborating with project managers to balance design work requirements with project schedules and budgets
  • Participating in delivering projects and ensuring output meets quality standards and budget allocations

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience within a consulting environment
  • High level competency with engineering design software
  • Experience with designing access tracks and cut/fill pads
  • Knowledge of local and statutory requirements, legislation, and Australian Standards
  • Working knowledge of specifications and software applied to civil construction infrastructure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
