As a Language Trainer Coach, you will have the opportunity to enhance the professional communication skills of corporate employees across various industries. You will support and mentor language trainers in their professional development, enhancing their teaching effectiveness and assessment skills.
The primary responsibilities of this role include mentoring and supporting language trainers, facilitating online training sessions, developing training materials, and providing professional development opportunities. Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field, extensive experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator, and proficiency in using web conferencing tools, learning management systems (LMS), and other online training platforms.
- Mentor and support language trainers: Provide individualized coaching and support to language trainers, fostering their growth and development as educators.
- Facilitate online training sessions: Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and encourage active participation from trainers and assessors. Administer quizzes and other evaluation methods to gauge the participant's understanding and knowledge retention.
- Develop training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop online training materials, including presentations, guides, and multimedia content, ensuring they are effective, interactive, and visually appealing.
- Provide professional development opportunities: Identify professional development needs of language trainers and assessors and coordinate relevant training sessions, workshops, or webinars.
