  • Lead the creation of a cohesive, long-term application architecture strategy that aligns with our enterprise goals.
  • Develop architectural frameworks, standards, and guiding principles to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in identifying shared requirements and creating foundational systems that support other business domains.
  • Ensure architectural decisions are aligned with broader enterprise and technology goals.

  • Make informed decisions on technology stacks and design approaches that support our business objectives.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain technical excellence and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Govern and oversee architecture review processes and lifecycle standards to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Partner with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams to drive collaboration and innovation.
  • Translate business requirements into high-performing, scalable solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Communicate architecture strategies effectively across stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.

  • Mentor and guide the architecture team to encourage professional growth and development.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance.
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure; AWS/GCP a plus).
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
