At a leading e-commerce firm, we are seeking an accomplished PrestaShop developer to spearhead our development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in PrestaShop development and be proficient in PHP (7.x and 8.x).

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, upgrade, and maintain high-quality PrestaShop code for optimal performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Implement custom features, modules, and extensions to meet client requirements through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Integrate third-party plugins, APIs, and payment gateways as needed to enhance the overall functionality of our platform.
  • Resolve technical issues, bugs, and problems related to development, code upgrades, and pre-releases in a timely and efficient manner.

Tech Specifics:

  • Experience with PrestaShop framework versions, including version control systems such as GitHub/GitLab.
  • Proficiency in PHP core functionalities, including JavaScript/TypeScript, Smarty/TWIG, CRON/daemon processes in PHP, and CSS (basic front-end understanding).
  • Familiarity with coding best practices and software development methodologies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of PrestaShop development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Proficiency in PHP (7.x and 8.x), with expertise in PrestaShop 8 considered a bonus.
  • Experience with version control systems, including Git and SVN.
