**Job Description:**

The Compliance Operations Specialist is a vital role within our organization, responsible for managing compliance-related inquiries from our workforce.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ticket Management: Monitor and manage compliance tickets submitted through our system, engaging with employees to assess inquiries and drive them toward resolution.
  • Compliance Triage & Escalation: Evaluate the nature of each issue and determine the appropriate course of action, routing cases to relevant departments with documentation and context.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to validate information and seek subject-matter input, supporting continuous process improvement by sharing insights from case trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Must-Have: 3+ years in HR operations, compliance support, or case management; familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven critical thinker with a proactive approach.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting teams from an offshore environment; comfortable collaborating across time zones; remote work setup with reliable internet and secure conditions.
