
Growth Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketer to lead and scale our paid media channels, focusing on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads. This role requires an experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing.
Role OverviewAs a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition strategies across key platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive high-quality leads, lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and ensure our brand reaches the right audience at the right time.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Paid Channels: Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for our sales team.
- Ad Creative & Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team on visuals that perform.
- Landing Page Optimization: Work with our web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage monthly budgets to maximize pipeline generation and cost-efficiency.
- Audience Targeting: Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, including job titles, industries, and company sizes.
- Experimentation: Develop and run structured experiments to test new tactics, creatives, and channels.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
