**About the Role**

The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of facilities, equipment, and machinery, including waste water treatment facilities, electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, buildings, and grounds. This involves executing appropriate preventive maintenance programs and repair activities at minimum cost possible.

As a key member of the Engineering Team, you will lead a group of technicians in attaining goals and objectives, ensuring that all necessary tools, spare parts, equipment, and operating supplies are properly maintained and sourced out.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage a team of technicians (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil works) to execute repairs and maintenance works.
  • Develop and implement monthly work plan activities for the Engineering Group.
  • Devise cost-effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and machinery.
  • Monitor and control the cost of operating and maintaining equipment and treatment programs.
  • Motivate and encourage subordinates towards continuous performance improvement and compliance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Prepare required reports and perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the immediate head.
