Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic storyteller to drive our content engine and shape editorial strategy. This role requires a professional who can turn insights into engaging content that drives pipeline, thought leadership, and brand authority.

Main Responsibilities
  • Own the editorial calendar: Plan, produce, and optimize content across formats (articles, reports, case studies, social media, video scripts, etc.)
  • Drive strategy: Align content with business goals—pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust
  • Repurpose content like a pro: Turn one big idea into multiple pieces of content across channels, all with specific purposes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with sales, founders, and operations to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators
  • Measure & optimize: Track performance (traffic, engagement, leads, pipeline influence) and refine what works
  • Stay plugged into industry trends: Keep a pulse on CX, EX, and BPO industry trends to fuel timely, relevant commentary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience primarily in B2B content marketing
  • Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results
  • Killer writing and editing skills—able to switch between sharp thought leadership, friendly social copy, and client case studies
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics
  • A data-driven mindset: love to experiment, measure, and optimize
