We are searching for a talented Senior MEPF Project Coordinator to join our team at Regent Construction International, Inc. This role requires a highly organized and communicative individual with a strong understanding of MEPF systems.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing MEPF systems, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is required, along with relevant certifications such as Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.

We are looking for an exceptional team player who can work collaboratively with our team members to ensure the successful completion of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the MEPF Manager in overseeing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Supervise and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure the efficient and timely execution of MEPF systems.
  • Ensure that all MEPF systems are fully operational and meet the building's energy, safety, and operational needs.
