About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at GGIS Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our healthcare BPO operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare BPO, ensuring that all activities are compliant with healthcare industry regulations and standards. You will also lead and manage cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, operational managers, and support personnel.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients, meeting or exceeding contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements). You will drive performance improvements, operational efficiency, and productivity within the healthcare BPO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare BPO
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients

Qualifications:
