">We are seeking a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Circles Event Cafe) to join our team. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for maximizing profits, maintaining food / beverage / service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Maximize profits and maintain high-quality food, beverage, and service standards.
- Ensure guest service levels align with food and beverage brand standards.
- Assist the manager in ensuring the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service.
- Interact and engage with restaurant guests, maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Motivate team members and promote a high level of teamwork.
- Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally.
- Consistently seek ways to increase satisfaction levels from colleagues, guests, and owners.
- Support daily operations, collaborating with the Service Manager, and assist with monthly forecasting, weekly scheduling, and restaurant profitability evaluation.
- Take responsibility for the operations look and feel, including the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant.
Requirements
">- Possess a passion for Food & Beverage.
- Loves interacting with guests.
- Believes in teamwork.
- Communicates fluently in English (and local language).
- Preferably has experience working in a luxury restaurant or 5* hotel background.
- A self-starter and a team player.
- Enjoys being challenged.
