Job Summary

We seek an experienced Structural Detailer to develop high-quality structural drawings and Revit models that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Create precise structural drawings and Revit models.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on own work and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and complete drawings.
  • Execute complex geometry tasks and create special conditions/complex family creations as needed.
  • Present 3D views to stakeholders effectively.
  • Stay current with BIM content standards and development procedures.
  • Work closely with project teams to obtain project information and ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
  • Develop and execute sprint plans, including creating and communicating a plan of approach, understanding and documenting tasks, and committing and executing the plan.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities while maintaining effective communication with clients and external teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates or combined education and experience.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
  • At least 3 years of full-time work experience in structural design.
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Tekla, SDS/2, StrucSoft, and working knowledge of concrete, steel, wood, light gauge, and/or masonry design.
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment.
