Global Financial Operations Specialist

As a seasoned accounting professional, you will oversee key accounting activities with a strong focus on intercompany transactions, General Ledger management, and GL reconciliations.
This role involves handling complex intercompany activities, ensuring accurate GL postings, performing reconciliations, and collaborating across multiple teams globally.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end intercompany accounting processes, including reconciliation, charge verification, and settlement
- Prepare and review GL reconciliations, including aged analysis and adjustments
- Investigate and resolve intercompany out-of-balance items and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate intercompany ledgers within an enterprise resource planning system
- Support general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with tax rules and SOX controls
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely information
- 3+ years of experience in intercompany accounting and GL reconciliations
- Strong understanding of intercompany transactions and reconciliation processes
- Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel
