Expertise in SAP Solution Delivery

As a senior professional in our consulting team, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and serve as a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products.

Key responsibilities include strategic SAP solution focus, working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. You will also be involved in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies.

Requirements

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Compensation Management.

Experience with internal and external Time Management integrations.

Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting skills for SuccessFactors solutions.
