Job Title:

Senior Backend Engineer


Overview

This role involves working on the development of software systems using Python. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and be able to work effectively in a team environment.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with back-end engineers to design, develop and maintain efficient codebases.
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to feature analysis.
  • Mentor and train junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with test automation engineers to ensure high-quality code.
  • Contribute to continuous enhancement through code reviews and provide feedback to colleagues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Python developer, preferably in a similar role.
  • Expertise in building APIs using FastAPI.
  • Strong knowledge of GraphQL, including query design, schema management and resolvers.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services and experience working on ETL projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
