Job Title: Administrative Officer IV

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer IV to join our team at the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Central Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of HRMD/HRD programs, projects, and activities in various HR functions, including Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management System, Leave and Payroll Administration, Employee Welfare and Benefits Programs, and Human Resource Information System.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:
