Business Development Representative

The Regional Sales Professional supports the District Sales Supervisor in attaining the sales objectives based on Total Portfolio Selling (TPS) in the assigned district. He is responsible for complying with the AKS (Attitude, Knowledge and Skills) parameters and building professional sales techniques to develop a long-term working relationship with customers.

Supporting the District Sales Supervisor in achieving sales objectives
Complying with AKS parameters

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Selling experience in construction-related products is an advantage
Knowledgeable about general trade (Hardware stores) is an advantage
Ability to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts
Willingness to work full-time in the field
