Job Summary

The Technical Editor II plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality documentation, meticulously reviewing documents according to client specifications, style guides and other guidance documents. This expert considers business objectives, project deliverables, timelines and publishes documents to regulatory health standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducts quality control review, verifying document consistency, grammar and formatting based on company guidelines.
  • Publishes documents to regulatory health standards and submits them in a structured manner.
  • Leads document quality-related projects, coordinating with team members, managing timelines and communicating client feedback.
  • Mentors junior staff in quality control review, formatting and publishing tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, scientific discipline or related field.
  • Editor certification in the Life Sciences desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and editing tools is essential.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in related fields, preferably in pharmaceuticals and science industries.
