IT System Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide level 2 technical support for clients across multiple platforms.

  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows environments.
  • Assist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a level 2 systems engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
  • Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.
  • Exposure to security best practices and compliance within Microsoft cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
