Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing reports and data to meet client and company objectives, collaborating with workgroups to resolve issues impacting internal and external customers, documenting team members' performance and targets, monitoring systems for optimal performance, and fostering teamwork and service excellence within the department.

Qualifications

A successful candidate should be a graduate of any Medical or Allied Medical course or have equivalent work experience. Additionally, they should hold AAPC and/or AHIMA certification, preferably with CPMA; proficiency in E/M and CPT Procedure coding is essential, as well as demonstrated HIPAA knowledge.
