This role requires a Bookkeeper with Xero expertise to manage financial records and ensure accuracy across accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Xero bank accounts, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- General Xero file maintenance for both Pay entity Xero files.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure BAS/GST compliance and maintain up-to-date financial records.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role; experience working with an Australian company is a plus.
- Proven bookkeeping experience with strong Xero proficiency.
- Understanding of BAS, GST, and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
