Job Description

Role: Appointment Setter Backer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter Backer to join our team at Cyberbacker Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a plan to support the company in acquiring and retaining clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and retain existing ones
  • Conduct cold calls and set appointments with potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback from clients
  • Establish growth targets and key performance indicators to measure sales performance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
