Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized support to Learners, ensuring they have a positive experience and are able to reach their goals.
  • Address concerns and issues proactively, making thoughtful suggestions and taking appropriate actions to resolve them effectively.
  • Direct Learners to relevant company resources, guaranteeing they have access to the tools, policies, and services needed for success.
  • Assist with the general orientation of new Learners, providing guidance on company processes and available resources.
  • Review and evaluate Learner data and metrics to identify at-risk individuals and provide tailored advice and interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of Learner interactions and relevant data as required.
