This role is focused on providing Learners with exceptional care and support. The primary goal is to foster their success in achieving their learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized support to Learners, ensuring they have a positive experience and are able to reach their goals.
- Address concerns and issues proactively, making thoughtful suggestions and taking appropriate actions to resolve them effectively.
- Direct Learners to relevant company resources, guaranteeing they have access to the tools, policies, and services needed for success.
- Assist with the general orientation of new Learners, providing guidance on company processes and available resources.
- Review and evaluate Learner data and metrics to identify at-risk individuals and provide tailored advice and interventions.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of Learner interactions and relevant data as required.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with exceptional analytical and investigative skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding multitasking and prioritization abilities to manage competing demands efficiently.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
