We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to manage a pool of digital delivery professionals operating within a managed services model.
This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across digital programs and projects, optimizing performance, and maintaining alignment with client and business expectations.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the digital delivery team, supporting resource allocation, driving process improvements, ensuring adherence to delivery standards, and acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and the broader service management organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of digital delivery professionals across multiple concurrent projects and client accounts within the managed services framework.
Ensure consistent adoption of delivery methodologies, tools, and governance across all digital initiatives.
Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload balancing within the digital delivery team.
Drive performance metrics, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle.
Act as an escalation point for delivery issues, risks, and blockers, and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
Collaborate closely with Service Delivery Manager, Program Manager, and client stakeholders to align delivery plans with business priorities and service-level expectations.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development for team members to strengthen their capability and performance.
Maintain delivery health reporting and dashboards for operational oversight and leadership visibility.
