The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of accounts receivable professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt.

  2. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  3. Manage and monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

  4. Oversee the processing of invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.

  5. Conduct credit checks and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the accounts receivable status.

  6. Present reports to senior management and identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and accuracy.

  7. Organize records of invoices, bills, and deposits, and ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures.

  8. Support the Accounts Receivable Assistant and train new team members.

  9. Ensure all team members follow accounting principles and implement changes to improve processes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.

  2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

  3. At least 3 years of experience in managing accounts receivable teams.

  4. Familiarity with advanced Excel formulas.

  5. Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
